The Leadership Development Program, a full-time role, provides the opportunity to participate in two one-year rotations in different corporate departments, allowing for exploration of diverse functions within the business. Additionally, the company offers a global Parental Leave Policy providing 16 weeks of 100% paid leave for employees who give birth, adopt a baby who is 6 months or younger, or become a parent of a baby through surrogacy. Employees whose spouse/partner gives birth or who adopt a child older than 6 months also receive 6 weeks of 100% paid leave.
