Mirus is a non-profit organization based in Wales that has been providing support services for people with disabilities for over 40 years. They offer a range of support services including shared supported living, supported independent living, flexible community support, and respite and short breaks. Flexibility

Mirus offers flexible working hours to accommodate their 24/7 service provision. Standard full-time contracts are 35 or 39 hours, but they also offer part-time and bank contracts in many areas. This allows staff to choose a schedule that fits their individual needs and commitments.
