Jopwell is a career advancement platform focused on connecting Black, Latinx, and Native American students and professionals with leading employers. The company was founded by former Goldman Sachs employees Porter Braswell and Ryan Williams, who recognized a gap in the recruiting process that prevented underrepresented talent from accessing opportunities at top companies. Jopwell aims to bridge this gap by providing a network of diverse talent, career resources, and direct connections with partner companies.

Since its founding in 2014, Jopwell has facilitated tens of thousands of connections between its members and partner companies, including American Express, BlackRock, Bloomberg, Deloitte, Citi, Google, and Johnson & Johnson. The company has been recognized for its innovative approach to diversity and inclusion, and in 2023, it was acquired by True, a global platform of talent management products and services. Jopwell continues to operate as a business unit within True, expanding its reach and impact while remaining committed to its mission of advancing the careers of underrepresented professionals.
