Endiro Coffee is a global company with a mission to end child vulnerability through coffee. The Supportive Employment Fellowship Program, specifically for individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities, requires attendance to all scheduled shifts which are four hours long, three days a week. The Master Barista Program, also located in Uganda, offers flexible cohort times for participants to choose from. However, the company's internship program is a full-time, three-month commitment in Uganda.
