Flexibility

Endiro Coffee offers flexible work arrangements for its employees, particularly in Uganda, with various part-time and full-time positions available at different locations. The Supportive Employment Fellowship Program, specifically for individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities, requires attendance to all scheduled shifts which are four hours long, three days a week. The Master Barista Program, also located in Uganda, offers flexible cohort times for participants to choose from. However, the company's internship program is a full-time, three-month commitment in Uganda.
