Danimer Scientific offers a full-time position with a 12-hour shift schedule, requiring employees to be willing to work either day or night shifts, including weekends and holidays. Overtime is required, following a 2-2-3 schedule, which involves alternating between two days/nights on, two days/nights off, and three days/nights on, with a repeating pattern.
