Flexibility

Clyde & Co offers a comprehensive and flexible parental leave policy, providing 26 weeks of fully paid leave for primary and secondary parents and carers, regardless of gender. This policy, effective from 1 May 2023, extends to adopters and includes 10 days of fully paid leave for fertility treatment, 4 weeks of fully paid pregnancy loss leave, and up to 12 additional weeks of paid leave for parents with children in neonatal care. The firm also provides consistent access to backup childcare, emergency leave, and parental transition coaching.
