Description

CareMessage is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that leverages technology to improve health equity for people from low socioeconomic backgrounds. CareMessage was founded in 2012 by Vineet Singal and Cecilia Corral while they were students at Stanford University. They were inspired to create the company after witnessing the challenges faced by underserved communities in accessing healthcare. Since then, CareMessage has grown to become the largest patient activation platform in the United States for underserved populations, reaching over 10 million patients and sending over 375 million messages. The company has also received significant funding from major institutions and philanthropic organizations.
