Creates dialogue-based and educational programming for members of the campus community, both through student organizations and individual engagement opportunities. Facilitates conversations that encourage cultural learning, self-reflection, and community building.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and facilitating dialogue-based, educational, and cultural programs.
Help create welcoming spaces for students to engage in conversations about identity, culture, and belonging.
Collaborate with student organizations and campus partners on program development and implementation.
Support event logistics, participant engagement, and program evaluation.
Qualifications for the Position:
Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, staff, and community partners.
Interest in diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and intercultural learning.
Ability to facilitate or participate in respectful dialogue across differences.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently when needed.
Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
