This work study position will be designed to fit the skills and interests of the right candidate. The primary focus of this role is developing outreach materials - social media posts, posters, online newsletters with original content (illustrations, photographs, designs, etc.). This position will also support projects/events supported through the Kenney Center for Community Engagement and Outreach.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
Utilize artistic skills to develop unique social media and print materials to promote opportunities and initiatives.
Take on other projects based on your skills and interests - for example: designing activity materials for children, photographing events, managing social media
Support large-scale community engagement events including service days, collaborative events with local schools, and various division-wide programs.
Qualifications:
Must be a Union College student who is eligible for work study
Must be available to work at least one Common Hour (12:50-1:40pm) each week
Must be attentive to detail and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Affinity, Canva, or similar is preferred
General proficiency in Google Workspace is required
