

Role Overview: The Junior Instructional Designer will work as part of a team to facilitate the conversion of existing Storyline courses into Synthesia courses. Additionally, the Junior Instructional Designer will create new Synthesia content based upon topics by our customer.
Responsibilities
Export Content from Storyline
Our customer will provide access to source files in Storyline. For example, it might be able to export each Storyline course as PDF or Web/SCORM. Both parties will work to ensure resources have appropriate access to the source data.
Extract text, lesson structure, headings, and key visuals in batches where possible.
Create new course content at direction of our customer.
Prepare Scripts for Synthesia
Our customer will provide you the access to tools to speed the generation of scripts.
If necessary, perform uploads of PDFs or paste text into Synthesia. Use its built-in AI to generate a narration-friendly script. Break long courses into shorter videos and edit for clear, conversational tone.

Qualifications and Skills
1+ years of experience as Instructional Designer
Prior experience with Storyline, Synthesia or other interactive e-learning authoring tools designed for branching scenarios and deep custom logic. Experience using AI-driven video generators used to create videos from text scripts.
Strong hands-on experience with creating training videos, marketing content, and internal communications.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise content for diverse audiences.
Ability to collaborate across global time zones and teams.
