Role Overview
As Director, Product Management - Incident Management, you will lead the strategy and execution for Technosylva's incident management products—fiResponse and Tactical Analyst—that serve fire agencies, incident management teams, and emergency operations centers. Your mission is to bring our powerful weather and fire behavior analytics directly to the responders who need them most, enabling faster situational awareness and better tactical decisions in the field.
This role requires a strategic product leader with deep understanding of incident management operations—someone who has worked directly with incident command systems, emergency dispatch, or tactical firefighting and understands how responders coordinate resources and make critical decisions under pressure.
You will manage a team of 1-2 Product Managers and work closely with our Solutions Consultant (who brings deep domain expertise from the customer side) to ensure our products deliver real value to the people on the front lines.
