PlayStationプラットフォームの製品やサービスが【企画から市場導入に至るまでの一連の流れ（End to End）】を支える、プログラムマネジメント業務です。
製品の立ち上がりをゼロから見届け、チームと一緒に「モノが世に出る瞬間」に関われる醍醐味があります。
【具体的な職務内容】

弊社には、PlayStationプラットフォームのハードウェアや周辺機器、システムソフトウェア、PlayStation Networkのネットワークサービスなどを開発している多くのチームが存在します。当部署は、そうしたプロダクトやサービス、アプリケーションが計画通りに世の中に出ていくことを支援する役割を担っており、Program Managerとしてプロジェクト全体をリード・サポートしていきます。
開発チームと密に連携しながら、PlayStationを支える多様な技術や仕組みに触れることができ、次世代のプラットフォームやサービス開発に直接関われるポジションです。技術的な広がりとインパクトのある取り組みに携われるため、「モノづくりの最前線」に立てる実感が得られると思います。
海外との協業プロジェクトも多く、USやUKのPMOやエンジニアと日常的にやり取りする中で、英語を活かせる場面が多く、グローバルな感覚や視野を広げたい方にもフィットします。必要に応じて海外出張の機会もあります。
業務の忙しさは担当プロジェクトやフェーズによって変動しますが、日々の働き方（リモート／オンサイト）や稼働時間はご自身の裁量で調整可能です。通院や育児、介護などの個人やご家族の事情にも柔軟に対応する文化があり、プライベートとのバランスを大切にした働き方が実現しやすい環境です。
