What you will be doing

As an Automation Developer at SEB and Customer Lifecycle Services (“CLS”), you'll be part of an inclusive team of professional and engaged colleagues and play a key role in designing, optimizing and developing end-to-end process in an area dedicated to the customer journey and fraud prevention. You’ll ensure alignment with SEB’s product and process strategies, work closely with other colleagues in SEB, and leverage technical solutions to enhance process performance and mitigate risks.
Your focus will be on further growing our ambitious RPA development team by developing and maintaining process automations in the CLS area and supporting our process and automation adaptations towards New Cash Ledger (“NCL”) and API’s. The foundations are set by the SEB Robotics Operating Model as well as the SEB Lean-Agile Framework, but the key to the success for the team will be also to maintain a culture of continuous improvement to adapt to the needs of our area.
We currently work with Blue Prism, with additional tools like Python and Power Automate being piloted. In our dynamic environment, you'll have the opportunity to work with international projects, different stakeholders and delivering automation of our processes as well as setting new ways of working and strengthening the team.
As an Automation Developer, you will be responsible for:
• Advise on feasibility of automation candidates and support the articulation of process requirements.
• Develop, test and process automation readiness in collaboration with relevant business roles according to defined operating model and development standards.
• Maintain deployed process automations following ITSM principles.
• Collaborate in a team of automation developers, as well as continuously work on improvements and future proofing the team to ensure the right mix of competence and skills at any time.
• Follow our Agile way of working and help remove automation impediments.
• Act as adviser to your area to support and help raise awareness of available automation capabilities.
