THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE
The Central Controls Office is looking for a Snr Risk Assurance Manager based out of Milton Keynes or Glasgow
As a Snr Risk Assurance Manager working in the Strategy & Business and Management pillar you will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by ensuring the Implementation of change is delivered smoothly and utilises the Santander methodology. Lead complex, bank-wide transformation initiatives across Non-Financial Risk, balancing regulatory robustness, operational effectiveness and efficiency
Translate strategic intent into executable programmes, shaping scope, sequencing and benefits rather than simply “running the plan”
