

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Specialist, Retail Proposition to join RHB Trustees Berhad (RHBT). In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting agents and business partners, driving sales performance, and enhancing the distribution of RHBT products and services. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, participate in fieldwork and roadshows, and contribute to the development and enhancement of retail propositions to support business growth.
What you will be doing
Track and monitor agents’ sales performance for KPI management and communicate performance updates to agents
Manage agents by providing product knowledge support, overseeing form filling and submission, trust structuring, and promotion of RHBT products and services
Conduct joint fieldwork with agents to assist in deal closures, including consultations with potential clients, especially for high-profile cases or when agents are new to RHBT offerings
Manage and support business partners such as insurance/takaful operators, financial advisory companies, and banks through training, joint fieldwork, and roadshows
Oversee the hiring and onboarding of quality agents and business partners
Provide ongoing support and assistance to business partners to strengthen collaboration and performance
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective business execution
Follow up with direct clients by providing end-to-end support including consultation, proposal preparation, and form filling
Participate in roadshows organized with internal stakeholders or collaborative partners
Monitor and execute campaign activities to drive sales of products and services
Conduct product training for new and existing agents, including preparation of training materials
What we're looking for
Experience in retail financial services, sales support, business development, or a related field (experience with trusts, insurance, or wealth-related products is an advantage)
Strong coordination, planning, and organizational skills
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Self-driven, proactive, and passionate about business development and client engagement
Ability to work closely with agents, business partners, and internal teams
Willingness to participate in fieldwork, training sessions, and roadshows
