As part of the Application Support team you will provide critical technical support for cloud-based Tax applications, securing reliability and performance. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex issues, mentor junior team members, and build meaningful client connections while navigating the intricacies of application support in a dynamic environment.

The Storage Administrator – Senior Associate is responsible for advanced support and continuous improvement of outsourced storage services across file, block, and object platforms. This includes leading complex file share and quota/ACL designs, planning and executing data migrations and cutovers, designing and implementing SAN LUN/zoning/masking and replication configurations, and provisioning S3/object storage in accordance with best practices. The role serves as a technical escalation point for storage incidents and changes, mentors junior team members, and partners with architects, vendors, and service owners to ensure stable, resilient, and cost-effective storage services.

Lead design and lifecycle management of enterprise file shares, quotas, and ACLs.
Plan and execute storage migrations and cutovers across file, block, and object platforms.
Design and implement SAN LUN layouts, zoning/masking, and replication configurations.

Act as escalation point for major storage incidents and drive root cause analysis.
