The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Operations and Strategy team you will translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes while orchestrating cross-functional operating rhythms. As a Director you will set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations. This role offers the chance to champion a culture of quality and integrity while driving sustainable results and fostering an environment where innovation thrives.

What You Must Have
Master's Degree in Business Administration
10 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required

MBA or relevant advanced degree
Certifications in Lean/Six Sigma and/or change management
Demonstrating advanced program and change management capabilities
Excelling in stakeholder engagement and communication
Familiarity with BI/analytics tools and work management platforms
Leading initiatives that impact revenue growth and customer experience
Experience standing up or maturing a PMO and governance
Organizing forums to unite teams and enhance collaboration
