At PwC, our people in people operations primarily focus on managing the people lifecycle and the day-to-day operational tasks related to managing employees. This includes activities such as employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, employee record-keeping, compliance with labour laws and regulations, and managing employee inquiries and issues. These individuals enable HR processes and systems to run smoothly in order to efficiently support our workforce.
Those in human resource operations at PwC will focus on all areas of Human Resources and the business in executing Human Resources related transactions and administrative activities. You will be a primary HR point of contact in the resolution, escalation or routing of inquiries as needed in line with HR protocols and guidelines, as well as be part of a team of problem solvers that help solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

**Role Overview:** A motivated and detail-focused Senior Associate to support the Learning Compliance Tracking & Reporting team. This role plays a critical part in assisting AC Assurance teams with timely compliance reporting and ensuring data accuracy through close collaboration with the US L&D Tracking & Reporting function.
**Key Responsibilities:**
· Assist AC L&D teams in compiling, validating, and submitting compliance reports on schedule.
· Conduct routine data checks and audits to ensure accuracy and consistency in learning compliance reports.
· Collaborate with the US L&D Tracking & Reporting team to resolve data discrepancies and improve reporting processes.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline data collection and reporting workflows.
· Prepare and distribute regular compliance status updates to relevant stakeholders under supervision.
· Help document process guidelines and support training activities to promote best practices in reporting and data management.
· Respond promptly to inquiries from Assurance leaders and other stakeholders regarding reporting and compliance data.

**Qualifications:**
· Experience or interest in data analysis, reporting, or compliance tracking—preferably in a learning, operational, or similar environment.
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify anomalies or errors in data.
· Good organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
· Effective communicator, able to collaborate with team members and stakeholders across levels.
· Proficiency with MS Excel and comfort learning new data management and reporting tools.
· A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
