As a Deals Corporate Valuations Manager or Senior Manager, you’ll provide robust valuation advice to help clients model business values for complex transactions and strategic goals. Blending technical skills with strategy, you’ll work with clients across industries including private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and corporate sectors.

What you’ll do:

Conduct transaction and compliance valuations for businesses, shares and financial instruments
Prepare independent Expert Reports and Fairness Opinions for shareholders on transaction terms
