We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Intern to support the day-to-day coordination of installer operations. This role focuses on assisting with scheduling, maintaining good utilisation of installers, supporting quality checks, and ensuring smooth handling of after-sales requests.
Responsibilities
Support daily installation scheduling to optimise installer utilisation and operational efficiency
Assist in allocating jobs based on time requirements, job complexity, and location planning
Monitor scheduling performance and suggest improvements to reduce downtime and improve output
Liaise with customers and installers to ensure timely updates and case resolution
Track and compile data to identify recurring issues and support root cause analysis
Assist in quality control checks to ensure installation standards are met
Coordinate outbound materials and inventory preparation for installations and RMA cases
Support the execution and documentation of SOPs for scheduling, RMA handling, and operational workflows
Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend practical process improvements
Assist in digitisation and automation initiatives to improve workflow efficiency
Support ad-hoc operational projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma / Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields
Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn operational processes
