The Supervisor - Modern Trade will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales growth within modern trade channels for Piramal Pharma Limited, ensuring effective execution of sales strategies and achieving assigned targets.

Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.

Job Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years specifically in modern trade management within the pharmaceutical, FMCG, or healthcare industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in modern trade channels.
Strong understanding of modern trade dynamics, retail operations, and merchandising principles.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
