Internship Opportunity – Study Operations Support (6 months with possible expansion to 12 months)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join the Medical Evidence Development team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting non-interventional studies and operational projects in a global environment.
The intern will work closely with Study Operations Managers (SOMs), Study Operations Associates (SOAs) and cross-functional teams, providing support in day-to-day operational activities while developing foundational knowledge of clinical research processes, systems, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist with basic operational tasks supporting studies and projects
· Assist with preparation, formatting, and quality checks of study documents
· Support document management and filing within required systems
· Assist with meeting coordination, scheduling, and tracking action items
· Support maintenance of study data and information in internal systems
· Assist with quality checks and documentation reconciliation
· Provide general administrative and operational support to the team
Qualifications:
· Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills
· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
· Attention to detail and willingness to learn
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
· Fluent in English with exceptional written and oral communication and cross-functional collaborative skills
