The SVO (Strategy & Value Office) team provides program and portfolio-level oversight to support effective planning, coordination, and delivery across complex IT initiatives. By working closely with product, technology, and business partners, SVO helps manage dependencies, optimize capacity, and ensure initiatives stay aligned with organizational goals.
The Agile Program Manager is responsible for managing dependencies and integrations across functions, teams, initiatives and potentially value streams. The Agile Program Manager leads and coordinates across multiple cross-functional delivery teams within a defined business or technology pillar. This role ensures strategic alignment, cross-team delivery coordination, and operational efficiency—focusing on value delivery, planning, and Agile governance.
Acting as a bridge between leadership and delivery teams, the Agile Program Manager works closely with Portfolio Manager, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to manage dependencies, monitor program performance, and resolve risks and blockers that impede delivery outcomes.
