Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sustainability Intern to join our sustainability team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives within the telecommunications sector. The successful candidate will work closely with our Corporate Sustainability team, gaining hands-on experience in driving impactful sustainability programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of corporate sustainability strategies aligned with industry best practices.
Conduct research on emerging sustainability trends and technologies relevant to the telecommunications sector.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and report sustainability data and key performance indicators.
Support the creation of engaging communications materials to promote sustainability initiatives internally and externally.
Assist in the planning and execution of sustainability events, workshops, and training sessions.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field.
Passion for sustainability and a keen interest in the intersection of technology and environmental responsibility.
Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex sustainability concepts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, CDP) is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
