Customer Satisfaction
Delivery Lead Time:
Ensure timely completion of scheduled Work Orders thru well-coordinated task
100% Action line/storefront closure thru well-coordinated
AR completion on agreed schedules
Minimum Education: Certificate of Mechanical, Electrical or Automation degree.
Minimum Experience: Minimum of 2 years relevant in facility field, building service or plant engineer, have experience in team work as team leader.
Minimum Qualifications: Should be well organized and keen to details, excellent communication skills and courteous in providing customer service
Basic knowledge: Knowledgeable in industrial operation and automation system, knowledge and exposure to lean, knowledge to perform technical assessment and safety verification
Competencies: Has sense of urgency and initiative.
Computer skill: Working effective with Computer system including MS Office and Auto Cad
Languages capability: English communication.
Reports to OPS Supervisor
Work closely with JLL operation, Intel system owners and inter department work related requirements
Represent Jones Lang LaSalle by behaving consistently with cultural and company requirements.
Good and respected leader, wise decision maker and has good commitment
Ability to use Microsoft software to effectively create reports
Able to create concise activity report, root cause analysis improvement / recommendation and data trending.
Multi-tasking / customer oriented and willing to work extended hours
Well-organized and able to keep and maintain good filing system of both hardcopy and softcopy
