The Customer Service Representative acts as a key link between customers, sales, and operations, ensuring seamless order management and high-quality service delivery. This role requires strong analytical skills, customer focus, and deep understanding of products and processes to effectively support customer needs.
Where You’ll Make a Difference
Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely execution
Manage customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective and professional resolutions
Maintain ongoing relationships with assigned customers and internal sales teams
Act as a key communication bridge between customers, sales, and operations
Monitor order status and proactively address potential issues or delays
Apply knowledge of product portfolio, availability, and logistics constraints to support decision-making
Ensure compliance with internal processes, service levels, and customer expectations
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction

Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management or Supply Chain roles
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
High level of attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests simultaneously
Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
Analytical thinking and sound judgment in handling complex situations
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office tools

Experience working in a multinational or shared service environment
Knowledge of flavors, fragrances, food ingredients, or related industries
Familiarity with order-to-cash processes
Advanced Excel or data analysis skills
