Job Description:
Advise UHNW clients and entrepreneurial families on cross-border wealth holding structures, succession planning, and family office arrangements
Support design and implementation of trust, family office, and offshore holding structures across Singapore and other international jurisdictions
Work closely with relationship managers and clients to translate wealth planning objectives into practical implementation frameworks
Coordinate establishment and ongoing management of trust and related fiduciary structures
Provide guidance on governance considerations, trust implementation processes, fiduciary responsibilities, and operational frameworks
Support discussions relating to CRS/FATCA classifications, offshore structures, and cross-border reporting considerations
Work alongside internal and external tax professionals on international tax and cross-border structuring matters
Assess onboarding, governance, and operational implications relating to multi-jurisdictional wealth structures
Liaise with legal, compliance, and regulatory stakeholders on implementation and risk management matters
Support development of governance frameworks aligned with Singapore regulatory expectations and industry best practices
Lead onboarding coordination for complex UHNW clients involving trusts, family offices, and offshore structures
Manage end-to-end implementation timelines across multiple stakeholders including private banks, trustees, legal counsel, tax advisors, and corporate service providers
Oversee vendor selection, service quality assessment, and ongoing professional ecosystem management
Ensure high-quality execution standards across client onboarding and structuring projects
Participate in building and enhancing Singapore-based wealth structuring and family office capabilities
Support development of scalable operating frameworks, onboarding standards, and governance processes for UHNW solutions
Build relationships across private banking, trust, tax, legal, and family office ecosystems in Singapore and the broader region
Contribute to strategic growth initiatives targeting cross-border Chinese wealth clients
Qualification:
Extensive experience across international tax advisory, trust/fiduciary services, private wealth structuring, or family office advisory
Prior Big Four tax advisory experience preferred
Experience working with UHNW Chinese clients and cross-border wealth structures
Strong understanding of Singapore trust structures, family office ecosystems, CRS/FATCA, and offshore wealth frameworks
Familiarity with MAS-regulated environments and practical implementation of complex wealth structures
Experience coordinating multiple external professional stakeholders and managing complex onboarding projects
