GTA's Drilling department in Laurel, MD is currently seeking a full-time Driller Helper to join our team.
Driller Helpers support the daily operation and maintenance of Auger-based and/or CPT drill rigs. Successful candidates must be willing to work in various weather conditions, demonstrate strong work ethic and dependability, possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record, and collaborate effectively with others. This job is very physically demanding. Candidates must prioritize safety and be familiar with various types of personal protective equipment (PPE). Mechanical skills are required, and welding experience is a plus.
Requirements
DRILLER HELPER - JOB REQUIREMENTS
Maryland driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. on a regular basis
A Positive Attitude and the Ability to follow directions
Enjoy working outdoors
Punctual
Mechanical ability and welding experience
