Your team
The Omnichannel Acquisition team’s mission is to maximize the value of affiliation and acquisition by managing the full process end-to-end, strengthening omnichannel partnerships and leveraging Programmatic, SEO/ ASO to drive performance and conversion.
What you’ll do
Develop and optimize the Affiliation program, ensuring continuous performance improvement
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with affiliate partners
Manage and grow the mid- and low-value affiliate portfolio by defining targeted development actions.
Coordinate and monitor the entire operational flow related to affiliation activities.
Support mid- and low-value affiliates in establishing effective and secure commercial partnerships.
Provide ongoing assistance to partners, offering guidance, information, and operational support.
Analyze affiliation performance through dedicated KPI tracking.
Develop forecasts and monitor results against business objectives.
Conduct ROI analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and support strategic decision-making.
What you’ll bring
At least 3 years of experience in similar role, with proven knowledge of managing and developing affiliation programs.
Strong knowledge of affiliation landscape.
Strong analytical mindset.
Strong relationships skills, to improve or establish better communication with partners.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Proficiency in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
A proactive, flexible, collaborative and communicative approach.

Base pay hiring range for this role in Italy - Milan, Rome: €39.000- €50.000 gross per year,under the CCNL Commercio collective agreement, level 2nd.
This is our standard pay guide for the role and location;any offer made will reflect your experience, skills and interview assessment, and will ordinarily fall within this range.
