Complete sales target of designated territory (VIETNAM) , in alignment with the Healthcare APAC sales strategy
Develop a cohesive approach to the creation and management of new and current distribution and channel partners network
Build and maintain good relationship with KOL (Key Opinion Leader) of customers
Business development and negotiation, sales contract and technical document preparation; Coordinate order processing and goods delivery for on time delivery, Post sales issues handling
Recruit, coach and manage sales team to achievement sales targets
Working closely with Marketing Department for implementation of national/regional programs and activities such as academic conferences
Support on marketing Analysis and research including customer needs and target market information collection, support marketing team to set up strategic plan and product development roadmap by providing overall view of market trend and competition status
Send accurate sales forecast and work with supply chain to manage stock level
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Clinical Medicine, microbiology or equivalent, MBA will be a plus
8+ years professional experience in healthcare medical device industry, 5+ years’ experience in distributors management and team management
Experience in endoscopy, cssd, infection prevention is preferred
Strong communication skills to coordinate with distributors and internal functions
Marketing and business development experience will be a plus
Good command of English in both spoken and written and MS office software application
Abilities:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, market surveys, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Must demonstrate an ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and other business entities.
Travel:
Business travel within Viet Nam (60%) plus occasionally across the region
