The purpose of this role is to lead and develop client service accounts.
Job Description:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and performance-driven PR to join our Digital PR team.
You’ll be collaborating with us in our mission to be industry trailblazers in our approach to digital PR through innovation and integration with other digital marketing functions; reactive PR, content marketing, organic social, influencer marketing, OOH – to name just a few.
You’ll be passionate and knowledgeable about online content and promotion, including Digital PR, link-earning and traditional PR tactics. You will have a proven track record of earning coverage and links from high-tier media and subsequently contributed to client’s PR and SEO success.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing campaign strategy and outreach for enterprise size clients and be a crucial part of the wider SEO department.
Ensuring best in class planning and delivery for our clients, to ensure all SEO content is seen by the right audience at the right time and in all the right places.
This will include content and campaign ideation, client communication, team workflow management, planning and delivery QA/QC, training, management, and innovation.
Our Team Vision
We believe in challenging the status quo. We challenge the way our clients think, the way our colleagues think, and we will challenge the wayYOUthink. And we expect the same from you in return.
We do this by ensuring that every PR deliverable we create is not only measurable against three things - Reach, Engagement*,*and Action – but is integrated in a brand’s wider comms and marketing strategy.
By shrugging off the shackles of digital marketing product silos and letting ideas spill over into our other marketing outputs we’re able to create those bigger, bolder and boundary pushing campaigns.
Your Attributes
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, curiosity, and a strategic mindset to everything they do. You will thrive in this role if:
You’re deeply passionate about PR, with a sharp eye for creative, attention-grabbing ways to earn media coverage and high-quality backlinks for your clients
You’re results-driven, motivated by achieving measurable outcomes- particularly securing high-performing links that support SEO growth and visibility
You’re naturally curious and inquisitive. Whether it’s breaking news, trending content, or cultural shifts, you see inspiration everywhere and you know how to channel it into your campaigns
You bring critical thinking to every stage of your work. From pressure-testing ideas and maintaining quality control, to analysing campaign performance and learning from results. You strive to elevate every output
You have a keen analytical mindset and a sharp attention to detail, especially when working with large data sets. You know how to extract the most compelling, unexpected angles and craft them into media-worthy stories
Key Accountabilities
Our client base spans a large pool of industries meaning no two days will look the same for you.
We work with clients of all sizes across home and interior, property, fashion and beauty, finance and insurance, travel, leisure and tourism, healthcare, consumer electronics and jewellery – to name a few.
You will be mapped to two to four clients (size dependent) but will retain exposure to the wider pool of industries – to ensure you’re challenged but can also put any relevant sector knowledge and experience to good use – regardless of your client mapping.
The core responsibilities for this role are:
Generating creative, newsworthy ideas through our ideation and validation processes, aligned with each client’s strategy. You’ll also consider opportunities to extend ideas across social, influencer marketing, OOH, and more
Using insights from backlink profiles and competitor research to shape informed PR strategies that secure high-quality media placements
Taking full ownership of your campaigns and project outputs, building on your existing project management skills across your assigned accounts
Acting as a client-facing consultant, confidently participating in meetings and calls to present PR concepts, project plans, and strategic updates
Leveraging tools such as Ahrefs, MuckRack, BuzzStream, and ResponseSource to drive campaign success. Familiarity with the Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is also beneficial
Being proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as both play a key role in planning and reporting
Staying actively engaged in the wider PR, SEO and marketing landscape, sharing relevant insights, trends, and learnings with the team to foster collective growth
Applying a test-and-learn mindset to campaign activity, helping us continually innovate how we earn media coverage
Contributing to the new business process, offering campaign ideas and industry insight to support pitches and proposals
Supporting the creation of post-campaign reports, clearly demonstrating outcomes, media value, and SEO impact
Producing high-quality written content including press releases, onsite editorial, media pitches, and client comms with attention to tone, grammar, and purpose
Welcoming and applying feedback from peers and senior team members, showing a commitment to personal development and continuous improvement in your craft
