What are the criteria to be eligible to apply for a traineeship?
Every year, there are limited spots available.
To be eligible to this program, you must hold a bachelor or master’s degree (not only limited to Finance), you must be willing to travel to different Damen locations, possess no more than two years of work experience and demonstrate curiosity, dedication and an open-minded attitude.

HOW DO I SECURE A PLACE ON THE FINANCE TRAINEESHIP WITHIN DAMEN?

Apply online till 01-05-2026, including your CV and a personal statement highlighting your interest in Damen and the traineeship. Show us what sets you apart!
Online meet & greet
After evaluating your application, we will invite you for an online meet & greet. This is your chance to get to know Damen and vice versa.
Online assessment
Next, you'll complete an online assessment, which decides if you will proceed to the interview and presentation stages.
Interview
Upon successfully clearing the assessment, you will be invited for an interview.
Presentation Panel
Once you've aced the interview, it is your turn to let us discover the amazing individual you are during a presentation which will be conducted by a panel.
