Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Assist Head of IR in fundraising activities of Sunrise Capital
- Assist Head of IR in handling various investor relations for LPs
- Develop and improve both new/current relationships with LPs
- Handle logistics for outbound overseas marketing trips (i.e. 5-6 times a year)
- Develop and maintain marketing materials
- Handle general fund PR and media relations in liaise with CLSA communication team
- Develop and maintain marketing materials
- Work closely with the COO and Head of Administration in carrying out tasks relating to IR
- Establish a close working relationship with investment teams and serve as liaison between Sunrise and LPs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above preferably in finance, economics, commerce, etc.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance
- Candidates with less experience may be considered based on past job credentials
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Strong understanding of finance required
- Strong interpersonal, marketing, client serving and multi-tasking skills
- Native Japanese and highly proficient English skills required
