We are seeking a meticulous, high-impact SEO Executive to drive our global organic growth from our Singapore HQ. Reporting directly to the SEO Manager, you will serve as the "final eye" for content quality and technical site health as we scale our SEO content efforts.
Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Execution
Define Content Requirements: Conduct regular, in-depth topic research to generate new content ideas and develop detailed, strategic content briefs for the Copywriting Team
Final Content Quality Assurance: Serve as the final approver for content publishing. Ensure the content meets all strategic SEO brief requirements, verify all formatting and image optimisation is complete, and work with the Front-End Developers to publish
Identify Content Gaps: Perform competitive analysis and site audits to identify and prioritise content deficiencies for development
Maintenance & Optimisation
Ensure Content Health: Perform ongoing content maintenance, including link checking, scheduling content refreshes, and managing schema
Implement SEO Best Practices: Act as the final quality check, ensuring all published content adheres to rigorous on-page best practices, and using correct translations
Optimise Site Architecture: Recommend changes to the website’s linking structure and page organisation to improve SEO positioning
Audit & Technical Support
Perform Systematic Audits: Audit on-page SEO issues and propose data-backed, best-practice solutions
Monitor Site Health: Review and analyse weekly crawl data and site performance reports for operational site health
Support Technical SEO: Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are correctly implemented on new code
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in content marketing, content growth, or SEO
SEO Fundamentals: Strong grasp of on-page SEO, including keyword intent mapping, header hierarchies, and meta-data optimisation
Proficiency in using Google Search Console to monitor site health and Google Analytics (GA4) to track organic traffic performance
Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Semrush or Screaming Frog for basic site audits and competitor analysis
Experience using LLMs (like ChatGPT or Gemini) to assist in content ideation, brief generation, or basic data sorting
Meticulous Attention to Detail: A "final-eye" mentality to catch formatting inconsistencies or technical errors before content goes live
Data-Driven Curiosity: A natural inclination to look beyond the surface of a report to find the "why" behind traffic fluctuations
Collaborative Communicator: Ability to translate SEO requirements into actionable feedback for copywriters and technical tickets for developers
Organisational Agility: Capable of managing multiple content refreshes and audits simultaneously while meeting publishing deadlines
