More about the role:
As an Associate – Employer Branding & Digital Presence, you will serve as an insourced extended team member insourced within the client's HR ecosystem. This is not a traditional HR communications role - it is a brand-first position that sits at the intersection of employer branding strategy, digital storytelling, and talent marketing.
You will be responsible for building and sustaining a compelling, consistent, and differentiated employer brand narrative. Working closely with HR and Talent Acquisition stakeholders within the client team, you will translate the organization's people story into high-impact digital content, targeted recruitment marketing, and meaningful internal communications that reinforce culture from the inside out.

Experience that contributes to success:
2-3 years of experience in employer branding, talent marketing, digital marketing, or corporate communications.
Exposure to job portals and recruitment marketing platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Glassdoor).
Experience in internal communications, including drafting employee-facing content and managing communication calendars.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
You must possess a strong familiarity with how Generative AI tools are used across communications programmes, especially in planning, research, ideation, content creation, and daily operations to drive relevance and efficiency
Should possess effective communication skills – especially written, oral and presentation skills
