Job Description:
Responsibility:
•Leads Continuous Improvement initiatives across office, production, and distribution areas.
•Uses various improvement methods to solve complex operational and financial problems.
•Guides project teams, trains employees, and supports Tier meetings and daily management.
•Interprets data trends and connects operational performance to financial impact.
•Collaborates with frontline staff and leadership to drive measurable improvements.
•Replicates best practices, improves information/material flows, and delivers project results.
•Provides expert problem‑solving support and assists with change management.
•Organize and coordinate on-site Kaizen improvement activities

Requirement:
•Bachelor’s degree required, master’s preferred.
•5 years+ of experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or Continuous Improvement.
•Experience improving productivity, capacity, inventory, OEE, backlog, and lead time.
•Strong knowledge of CI methods (Lean, Six Sigma, 3MEx) and their impact on financial and operational metrics.
•Ability to lead CI projects, Kaizen events, and daily management activities.
•Skilled in developing Tier boards/meetings and engaging frontline teams.
•Proficient with relevant systems and tools; fluent in written and spoken English
