We operate globally, supporting projects located the UK, Europe, Asia, Australia, and North America. We currently employ staff of over 160, most based in the UK and Denmark but also in offices in Taiwan, South Korea, Japan and Poland.
We are in search of an ambitious Graduate Structural Engineer to join our Secondary Structures department from September 2026. The primary work location will be in one of our UK offices, either in Edinburgh or London. You may expect some travelling in Northern Europe in relation to your work. Opportunities for short- or long-term assignments abroad may also be available.
The Team
You will join the Secondary Structures department. Secondary Structures are defined as safe and O&M friendly structures to access and work on the offshore wind turbine. We engage early with the client and subcontractors to arrive at the safest possible design in line with the latest HSE regulations. In addition, secondary structures have a minimal impact on the primary structure and are optimised for fabrication.
You will work on challenging and large-scale offshore wind projects where you will provide high-quality deliverables to our clients for the design of wind turbine foundations.

Required Experience & Qualifications
You should hold a master's degree or higher in civil, structural, or mechanical engineering. You should thrive in an international environment and speak and write English fluently. You have a strong drive and take initiative and responsibility for your assignments, and you get motivated by creating excellent results through teamwork.
