What you will need:
High School Diploma or GED required. Four years of nursing assistant experience will be accepted in lieu of a High School Diploma/GED.
Current licensure by the Maryland State Board of Nursing for Certified Nursing Assistant
BLS certification (issued by American Heart Association only)
Computer skills (internet, email, wireless phone, electronic health record) and technical skills (blood sugar, vital sign, and EKG machines).
Be physically able to pull, push, turn and position patients.
Superb interpersonal, customer service and collaboration abilities.
Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize, ability to work well with individuals and groups.
1 year CNA experience preferred; experience in a hospital setting highly preferred
Pay Range: $17.58 – $23.85
Pay is based on experience, skills and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
