Boeing Vancouver is seeking a Customer Operations - Product Manager to join our business administration activities of the Maintenance Efficiency product line. The position will be based from our Richmond, British Columbia office, and a hybrid work style is offered.
The Customer Operations - Product Manager will support the business administration activities of the Maintenance Efficiency product line. This role is responsible for coordinating key cross-functional processes that support Customer renewals, non-standard commercial requests, and contract execution activities. The Product Manager will work closely with Customer Success Management, the Selling team, Product, and other internal stakeholders to help ensure timely, accurate, and efficient execution of business processes tied to Maintenance Efficiency. This includes the Toolbox product line and OEM Data Sales product line.
Position Responsibilities:
Customer Renewal Coordination
Coordinate with Customer Success Management and the Selling team to support all Toolbox customer renewals
Track renewal activities, maintain process status, and help ensure actions are completed on schedule
Facilitate communication between teams to support smooth renewal execution
New Business for All (NBA) Process Support
Act as a focal to the Selling team for all deviations from standard offerability of Maintenance Efficiency product offerings
Coordinate the data collection, feasibility, affordability review of all non-standard offering
Communicate and ensure alignment with stakeholders and leaders for all non-standard offering proposals
Help ensure non-standard requests are properly documented, reviewed, and routed for approval as required
Analyze produce line sales and initiate actions to meet revenue targets
Contract Execution Administration
Coordinate administrative tasks related to the successful execution of contracts (Commercial & Military-CITAPs)
Promptly distribute Contract Execution Change Notices (CECN) for executed agreements to ensure relevant stakeholders are informed of contract changes and execution requirements
Resolve any Customer data ordering discrepancies as necessary to fulfill executed contract
Update all associated records within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
7+ Years of experience supporting business operations, contract administration, customer lifecycle management, or sales support.
Experience supporting software-as-a-service (SaaS) or customer subscription-based offerings
Experience working in a cross-functional environment with Customer Success, Sales, and Operations teams.
Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and business workflow systems.
Must be legally able to work in Canada.
Individuals must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods.
Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with customer renewals, contract lifecycle processes, or sales operations.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary pay range - $96,000.00 – $170,000.00 CAD
