This role will support the Team Lead in leading one of the agency distribution teams by managing day-to-day sales and service activities related to the MPF business, contributing to the achievement of the team and personal assigned targets, and enhancing agency satisfaction through effective account management effort.
He/she will be pivotal in enhancing the coordination and support for our agency force, particularly in onboarding and nurturing new or non-MPF agencies, including and not limited to supporting the growth of MCI agents, ensuring they receive the dedicated resources and guidance needed for their successful integration and development.
Additionally, the role involves assisting the Team Lead and the Head of Agency Distribution in developing a team with a strong spirit and focused on providing a streamlined, one-stop solution and comprehensive account management services to enhance agency satisfaction.

Provide direct support to assigned agencies, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and efficient sales/onboarding process.

Qualifications
University Degree, Major in Marketing / Business Admin preferred
At least 8 year relevant experience with minimum 3 years in managerial role
Solid experiences in building and managing sales activities in agency channel
Preferred Skillsets
Solid knowledge of the Pension/MPF market in Hong Kong, including products, distribution channels, clients and regulations.
Excellent written/verbal presentation and communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese
Self-starter and strong sense of objective in mind
Possess a strong forward-looking, planning and problem-solving mindset with ability to translate strategy into execution plan & actions
Excellent influencing and collaborative abilities with both external and internal stakeholders
Able to work both in a team and independently
Strong PC skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
