Job Description
Digital Oncology and Advanced Oncology Solutions team. You will be the critical bridge between the Global Business Line (BL) and the China market, responsible for the successful localization of cutting-edge DO&AOS solutions. You will be deeply involved in the product lifecycle—from market requirement analysis, localization design, and pricing strategy to regulatory registration and post-launch portfolio optimization. You need to deeply understand clinical needs and technology trends while possessing strong business acumen to drive growth by building competitive product solutions and business cases.

You are a part of
Varian DO&AOS business team, you would base in Beijing or Shanghai and report to Business Marketing Head, developing marketing plan to grow DO&AOS business in Greater China.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Key areas of responsibilities Marketing Plan and Execution • Supporting the Head of Marketing in creating the Health System Marketing Plan for the Market by providing Business specific Customer Insights and the global Business Strategy • Driving the Business specific execution of the Health Systems Marketing Plan and translating and aligning those with the BMC plans • Supporting the Business Marketing & Sales Leader (PD, IGT, CC) in the BMC process (products, services, and solutions) • Providing Market and Customer Insights and Trends to the Business • Performance Management of assigned Portfolio of Product, Solutions, and Services Perfect NPI • Supporting the Business by providing market insights and trends and reviewing the value proposition and global plans in the in the product development phase and localizing it for the market (Local Launch Brief) • Responsible to form the cross-functional team required to plan and execute a product launch • Responsible to drive local product launches in line with the global strategy and the overall market's business and marketing strategy Marketing Sales Support • Capture, assess, and act on win/loss analysis • Creates localized assets and content for the sales teams in close collaboration with Marketing operations. • Supporting sales teams with background knowledge, market insights, competitive insights, instruments, and tools to support them in maximizing business opportunities. • Point of contact and “go to” resource for modality sales specialist and clinical application specialist for (pre-)sales support • Support Head of Marketing and Events team for customer facing events to generate new leads/prospects
