SciTec has an immediate opportunity for a scrum master to support programs focusing on low-latency data processing, fusion, and tracking algorithms for exploitation of remote sensing systems in Boulder, CO. Our ideal candidate will have a technical background in one or more areas of remote sensing development across system design, software development, and data analytics as well as demonstrated success in team leadership and project management. The successful candidate will lead and manage all scrum activities for two teams of engineers developing products for the U.S. Government.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferred with a STEM or Business focus
Scrum Master Certification and experience with Agile principals
5+ years’ US Government or industry experience in government contracts
3+ years’ experience leading software product teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent ability to work within a team, fostering teamwork and trust with both external and internal customers
Excellent ability to develop and maintain customer relationships based on professionalism, responsiveness and ethical conduct
Excellent ability to readily manage rapidly shifting work priorities and multiple task assignments
Ability to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance
Detail oriented
Good verbal and written communication skills

The pay range for this position is $133,000- $157,000 / year. SciTec considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
