The Patient Flow team offers a unique opportunity to apply your critical thinking skills in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment—without the physical demands of the bedside.
In this straight night role, you will have a direct impact on patient care across all three Sanford Fargo campuses— strong clinical decision-making is essential. You will help ensure patients receive the right care, at the right time, in the right location. Your inpatient experience and clinical judgment will play a key role in coordinating safe, efficient patient flow across the North Region.
As part of the Patient Placement team, you will serve as the central point of contact for providers. You will manage incoming calls, coordinate patient transfers, and oversee admissions and transfer activity. You will also monitor real-time and projected bed capacity to support continuous operations throughout the night.
