Responsibilities:

3．统筹顶峰中国区各工厂业务，根据品类制定采购策略和行动计划，聚焦效益提升和成本降低。
5．主导或参与大宗商品、战略物资、年度框架协议等采购谈判。
跟踪和分析工厂原材料的市场走势，做好采购策略和成本控制。
做好供应商的全生命周期管理，构建稳定的优质供应网络。
跨部门沟通，组织和协调采购全过程的各项活动，确保采购行为符合公司政策和程序。
风险管控，负责采购合同的起草、审核，主导/参与合同变更、索赔和争议问题的谈判。
编制月度/季度/年度采购报告，建立采购文档管理与绩效体系。
