When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Internal Firm Services team you will enhance resource management to meet business unit needs. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex staffing challenges, mentor junior staff, and đảm bảo compliance with operational standards while fostering mạnh mẽ relationships with stakeholders.

What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
4 years of experience in a reputed organization with a proven track record of career growth and stability
1 year of experience in managing stakeholders
Client focused and solution-oriented mindset
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to analyze large data and identify trends
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Graduate or post-graduate in any workstream, with a good academic record
