Role Purpose
The Producer / Content Creator is an experienced individual contributor responsible for delivering high‑quality video and multimedia content in support of Global and Regional Communications priorities. The role leads assigned projects end to end while operating with appropriate oversight, applying strong technical judgment to ensure content is delivered on time, on brand, and at enterprise quality.
The role requires comfort operating in a matrixed environment with shared accountability across local and global teams.
Key Accountabilities
Lead end‑to‑end production of assigned content projects, from intake and planning through production, post‑production, and delivery, with manager review and approval at defined stages of the production process
Translate communications briefs into effective visual execution across multiple formats, including social‑first and short‑form video, for internal and external audiences
Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment to capture professional‑grade video and sound in studio and field environments
Edit and finish content using Adobe Premiere Pro and related editorial tools
For larger or more complex productions, hire and manage external vendors, including Directors of Photography, production crews, and audio teams
Provide clear creative and technical direction to external partners to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment
Operate effectively within a matrixed global organization, partnering with local and global stakeholders and navigating reporting lines, priorities, and approval dynamics
Ensure all content aligns with PepsiCo brand, visual, and editorial standards
