Why this role exists
GPSR, REACH, RoHS, PPWR, CBAM, SCIP — Europe is rolling out a new compliance regime for physical products every six months, and every manufacturer, brand owner, and importer is scrambling. There is no incumbent. The category does not have a defined winner yet.
osapiens is building the product suite. You build how customers adopt it.
This is not “another onboarding role.” It is the chance to design how an entire software category gets sold and delivered — workshop formats that don’t exist yet, e-learnings that productize the parts no consultant should be repeating, an onboarding motion that can scale from 10 customers to 500 without 50x the headcount.
What we expect — across every Delivery role
Extreme Ownership — Own the implementation. Own the data quality gap. Own the customer’s go-live. Never blame product, the customer’s IT team, or the supplier base.

Speed — Time-to-value is the metric. Every customer signal answered inside 24h.
AI-First by Default — AI is your scaling lever, not a sidebar. We expect you to be deep in agentic workflows within 90 days — we don’t expect you to arrive there.
High Say:Do Ratio — Every commitment delivered. The system reflects reality.
5+ years in consulting, product compliance, EHS, regulatory implementation, or comparable delivery work. Domain switchers are explicitly welcome — specific compliance tenure is not the filter.
A track record of productizing what others would deliver bespoke. Your strongest reference is “I turned a 4-week workshop series into a 1-week format the rest of the team could run.”
Comfortable in front of compliance leads, product managers, and operations teams in the same week. C-level credible.
Fluent English. German strongly preferred. A second European language is a real plus.
