
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Analyst to lead the development, optimization, and maintenance of advanced Excel-based quoting tools that support quoting for unreleased and next-generation products. This role is critical to our go-to-market process and bridges the gap between early-stage product configurations and scalable enterprise systems.
The Sales Ops Estimating Analyst will be based in Sorocaba, Brazil. In this position, you will report to a Sr Sales Operations Manager. You will own the creation of dynamic, logic-driven Excel tools that not only serve short-term quoting needs but also inform the design and enhancement of long-term systems such as CPQ platforms and web-based quoting applications. Strong technical, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills are essential to succeed in this highly visible role. You will work closely with the Global Sales teams and other Sales supporting departments like Product, Supply Chain and Logistics to name a few.

Preferred experience:
Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ experience or
Master’s degree with 3 years’ experience or
PhD without experience or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in quoting systems, sales operations, or business/sales analysis roles.
Demonstrated expertise in advanced Excel capabilities:
Experience building or supporting tools for unreleased or pre-commercial products.
Strong understanding of data cleansing, normalization, and configuration logic.
Ability to work in fast-paced dynamic environments with evolving product definitions and short iteration cycles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to work across engineering, commercial, and IT stakeholders.
Strong time management, organization, and documentation habits.
ability to evaluate and incorporate AI tools or frameworks into data analysis or quoting workflows.
Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) required.
Here are a few of our preferred experiences…
i. MBA/Bachelor’s Degree is preferred or equivalent experience.
ii. Experience and strong orientation toward Analysis and customer services
iii. Experience in a startup environment as well as global public companies
iv. Familiarity with CPQ platforms (Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, or similar).
v. EXPERIENCE WORKING ON WEB-BASED QUOTING OR CONFIGURATION TOOLS.
vi. Exposure to database tools (e.g., SQL, ODBC), API integrations, or cloud-based Excel systems (Office 365, SharePoint).
vii. Background in hardware, manufacturing, renewable energy, or other configuration-heavy industries.
viii. Experience in the Solar Industry is always a plus.
