• Apporter des outils d’animation des parcours aux pays et marques constructeurs
• Assurer la mise à jour de ces contenus

RELATIONS - COMITES

• Relations avec l’ensemble des collaborateurs Assurance et Services
• Relations avec l’innovation, les BU marques, les départements Intelligence Clients, Parcours digitaux
• Relations avec les filiales du groupe
• Relations avec les constructeurs et en particulier l’Après-vente
• Participation aux comités de préparation, déploiement et suivi avec les partenaires digitaux

PROFIL

• Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans le Marketing Digital Assurance
• Bonne connaissance des produits d’Assurance liés à l’automobile
• Excellente connaissance des approches besoins clients / uses cases
• Maîtrise de l’Anglais
• Méthode, curiosité et capacité d’analyse
• Excellente capacité à agir transversalement au sein des organisations et BU du groupe
• Autonomie et capacité à proposer des orientations et solutions techniques
• Excellente rédaction et capacité à restituer
• Bon relationnel, aisance à l’oral
