THE JOB: It is the primary responsibility of the Maintenance Engineer to maintain and repair all equipment and to assist in the daily operations and activities which they have been assigned and provide administrative and technical support as directed by department management.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be 21 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 2 years of experience handling guest room calls preferred
Have the skills, ability, and knowledge To do basic plumbing, HVAC, and electrical repairs
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer maintenance guidelines
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including shifts, weekends, and holidays
